3. Fees and Payments

  • Pinecone Childcare accepts payments via credit card, debit card, or other approved payment methods. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

b. Late Fees

  • If payments are not received by the due date, Pinecone Childcare may charge a late fee as specified in the enrollment agreement.

c. Refunds

  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our refund policy, which is outlined in the enrollment agreement. Certain fees, such as registration fees, may be non-refundable.

4. Responsibilities of Parents/Guardians

a. Providing Accurate Information

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date information about their child, including health, dietary needs, and emergency contacts. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to promptly inform Pinecone Childcare of any changes to this information.

b. Drop-off and Pick-up

  • Parents or guardians must adhere to Pinecone Childcare’s designated drop-off and pick-up times. Repeated tardiness may result in additional fees or termination of services.

  • Only authorized individuals listed on the child’s registration form may pick up the child. Proper identification may be required at pick-up.

c. Child’s Behavior and Health

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their child’s behavior complies with Pinecone Childcare’s policies. In the event of disruptive behavior, Pinecone Childcare reserves the right to suspend or terminate the child’s enrollment.

  • Children who are ill or contagious should not attend Pinecone Childcare. If a child becomes ill while at Pinecone, parents or guardians must promptly arrange for their child to be picked up.

5. Health and Safety

Pinecone Childcare follows strict health and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all children. This includes maintaining a clean facility, conducting regular safety drills, and adhering to local and state health guidelines.

a. Emergency Procedures

  • In case of an emergency, Pinecone Childcare staff will follow the appropriate procedures to ensure the safety of all children, including notifying parents or guardians as soon as possible.

b. Medical Treatment

  • By enrolling your child in Pinecone Childcare, you authorize Pinecone Childcare staff to seek emergency medical care for your child if necessary, and you agree to be responsible for any associated medical costs.
