Thank you for considering Pinecone Childcare for your child’s early education journey. We’re excited to open our doors and share our unique approach to childcare with you. We're proud of our team’s efforts to build a home like no other, thoughtfully designed to nurture children’s natural curiosity and support their growth in a warm, supportive environment.

Pinecone Four-Step Admissions Process

We understand how important choosing the right childcare is for your family, which is why we've designed our admissions and enrollment process to be simple and seamless. Our goal is to help parents feel confident and informed about their options every step of the way. Here’s how it works:

1. Fill Out Our Inquiry Form

Begin by filling out the family interest form. Once submitted, our team will reach out to schedule a tour of our home.

2. Schedule a Tour

This is your chance to visit in person, explore our space, and ask any questions you may have as we walk you through our approach to early childhood education.

3. Submit Your Application

After your tour, if Pinecone feels like the right fit for you and your family, the next step is to complete and submit your application.

4. Interview & Enrollment

After we receive your application, we’ll schedule an in-person interview. During this time, we’ll guide you through the enrollment process to complete all necessary paperwork .

Tuition and Fees

At Pinecone Childcare, we strive to provide high-quality care and early education in a nurturing, supportive environment. Our tuition rates reflect our commitment to offering an enriching and meaningful experience for your child and family.

Tuition Fees

Our tuition is structured to offer all-day care:

  • Tuition: $2,500* (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)

  • Sibling Discount: 10% off

  • Referral Discount: Refer a family to Pinecone, and when they enroll, both you and the new family receive a $250 tuition credit.

Admission & Enrollment Fees

We aim to keep fees minimal and transparent. Additional costs include:

  • Tuition Deposit: $1,000, which rolls over annually while your child remains in the program. This deposit is refundable with 60 days' notice or a qualifying life event (please see our policy for details).

  • Enrollment Fee: $475


Payment Plans

We accept four forms of payments:

  • Monthly: $2,500/month regular tuition price 

  • 3 months: $2,437/month (2.5% discount)

  • 6 months: $2,375/month (5% discount)

  • 12 months: $2,250/month (10% discount)

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Tuition includes daily care, meals, snacks, and educational activities.

  • The enrollment fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee that includes a welcome kit with a tee, beanie, tote bag, indoor and outdoor Crocs, a raincoat, rain suit, pillow, and a bedroll.

  • Tuition is due on the first of each month. We offer discounts for different payment plans: 3 months (2.5%), 6 months (5%), and 12 months (10%). Payments can be made via credit card or direct deposit.

  • Yes, we offer a 10% discount for families enrolling more than one child.

  • Our tuition rates remain consistent year-round, including during holidays or planned closures.

  • Absolutely! We encourage all prospective families to request a tour to meet our team and explore our space in person.

  • We are currently enrolling for November 2024, and offer rolling admission all year round. We recommend starting the process early to secure your spot.

  • We encourage families to apply a full year in advance of their child’s 1st birthday. There’s no time like the present to introduce your child to the compass that will guide their future.

  • If your preferred date is full, we can place your child on a waitlist and notify you when a spot becomes available.
